Organization and Members
Invite members by email, give each one an Owner, Editor, or Viewer role, and share credits, API keys, webhooks, and custom domains across one organization.
Overview
Every SudoMock account is an organization. The person who created it is the Owner, and the Owner invites everyone else by email. Members are unlimited on every plan, and adding one never changes your bill.
What belongs to the organization
Credits, the subscription, API keys, webhooks, and custom domains belong to the organization, not to the person who created them. A render started by any member draws on the same credit balance, and an API key keeps working no matter which member created it.
Roles
| Role | What it can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including billing, plan changes, and inviting or removing members. |
| Editor | The full product: mockups, renders, API keys, webhooks, custom domains, and fonts. |
| Viewer | Read access to the organization's work. API keys are not shown to a Viewer. |
Invites
An invite goes to one email address and can be accepted only by that address. It works once, and it stays valid for 7 days.
