Parallel Renders are how many mockups our API can render at the same time. More parallel renders mean faster batch jobs — useful when generating product catalogs or bulk shop previews. Starter has 3, Pro has 10, Scale has 25.
Can I cancel my yearly plan?
Yes. Cancel anytime in the Stripe Portal — you keep access until the end of the paid period and receive a prorated refund within 7 days of any new charge.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards via Stripe. For enterprise packs (100K+ credits), we also support invoices and wire transfers. All prices displayed are net.
Is there a setup fee?
