2. Our Guarantee

We stand behind our product with a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchasers:

  • Full refund available within 30 days of your first subscription purchase
  • No questions asked — if SudoMock isn't right for you, we'll refund you
  • Refund requests after 30 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are available for subscription purchases made within the last 30 calendar days (first purchase) or 14 days (subsequent purchases)
  • Credits consumed through API usage reduce the refund amount proportionally
  • Annual plans are refundable on a pro-rated basis if requested within 30 days of billing
  • Accounts suspended for Acceptable Use Policy violations are not eligible for refunds
  • Free plan users have nothing to refund — dashboard usage is always free

4. How to Request a Refund

Email your request to [email protected] with:

  • Your account email address
  • Order ID or invoice number (found in your dashboard under Billing)
  • Brief reason for the refund request (helps us improve)

We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Banking timelines may vary by institution.

5. Cancellations

  • Cancel anytime from your dashboard — access continues until the end of your paid term
  • Cancellations made before renewal avoid future charges
  • No penalties or fees for cancellation
  • Deleting your account does not automatically trigger a refund — please contact us first
  • Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted

6. No Surprise Overages

When you exceed your credit limit, we pause renders instead of charging unexpected fees. This means:

  • You'll never be billed more than your selected plan
  • Upgrade to a higher credit pack or wait for renewal
  • Predictable costs, no surprises on your invoice

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we're happy to resolve issues directly. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us may delay resolution. Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks may be suspended.
