Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Try Before You Buy

SudoMock offers 500 free API credits and unlimited free dashboard usage to every account, with no credit card required. We strongly encourage all users to fully test the Service before subscribing to a paid plan.

2. Subscriptions Are Non-Refundable

All paid subscriptions to SudoMock — monthly, annual, Starter, Pro, and Scale tiers — are non-refundable. This applies to all current and future pricing plans. By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

3. Why Subscriptions Are Non-Refundable

When you subscribe, SudoMock provisions and reserves dedicated infrastructure capacity for your account at the start of each billing period. This includes parallel rendering slots, storage, bandwidth, and rendering compute resources. These cloud resources are billed to us upfront for the entire billing period and are consumed by reservation, regardless of your actual API usage.

For this reason:

  • Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods
  • Credits are not transferable between accounts
  • Credits are not redeemable for cash
  • Subscription fees are not refundable in whole or in part

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard (Billing → Cancel Subscription). Upon cancellation:

  • You will not be billed for any future periods
  • You retain access to your paid plan until the end of your current billing period
  • Unused credits at the end of the billing period will expire
  • Your account will revert to the free tier
  • No penalties or fees apply

5. Inactive Accounts and Data Cleanup

  • Unused API credits expire at the end of each billing period
  • Uploaded PSD templates may be removed after 90 days of account inactivity, with prior email notification
  • Rendered images follow standard retention (7 days for non-custom-domain users, permanent for custom domain users)
  • Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months are subject to termination per our Terms of Service

6. Exception: Verified Service Errors

If you experience a verifiable bug or service error that prevents you from using the Service as documented:

  1. Email [email protected] within 14 days of the issue
  2. Provide your account email, the affected time window, and steps or screenshots demonstrating the issue
  3. We will respond within 2 business days
  4. If confirmed as a service-side error, we may issue replacement credits, service credit, or a partial monetary refund at our discretion

This exception does not apply to:

  • User errors (incorrect API usage, malformed PSDs, invalid inputs)
  • Third-party service issues outside SudoMock's infrastructure
  • Renders consumed for testing or experimentation
  • Buyer's remorse or change of business circumstances

7. EU and UK Consumers

By subscribing to SudoMock, you expressly request immediate access to the paid digital service and acknowledge that you waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU (EU) and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) upon (a) the first API call made under your paid subscription, or (b) the first credit consumed, whichever occurs first.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact [email protected] before initiating a chargeback. Most billing concerns can be resolved within 1 business day. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension. Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks will be terminated.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect.
