Every SudoMock account is an organization, so the shop does not need a second account to get a second person working. The Owner invites by email, picks what that person may touch, and everyone renders from the same balance. Members are unlimited on every plan and there is no seat fee. Inviting the person who uploads your artwork costs nothing.

Invite someone

Open Settings, then Organization, then Invite member. The invitation goes to an email address and waits there until it is accepted. An invitation that has run out still sits in the list rather than disappearing, so you can send it again or cancel it. Each row says where it stands.

Pick a role

Owner

Runs everything, including billing and who else is here.

Editor

Works across the product: mockups, renders, keys, domains, Studio.

Viewer

Reads. Cannot issue keys, change a domain or open Studio.
The Owner can move a member between Editor and Viewer at any time from the member’s row.
Moving someone from Editor to Viewer is the moment they stop being able to read your key values, and it does not take back what they already read. When that happens the dashboard offers to rotate the keys they could see. Take the offer if the departure was not friendly.

One balance, one set of keys

Credits, the subscription, API keys, webhooks and custom domains belong to the organization rather than to the person who created them. A render started by any member draws on the same balance, and a key issued by one Editor keeps working when another Editor takes over the integration. That is what makes the invitation cheap: the second person is not a second account to fund, they are another pair of hands on the one you already have.

API keys

Issue a key, watch what it spends, take it out of service.

Custom domains

Serve every member’s renders from your own domain.
