SudoMock
Mockup Automation Platform
DynamicMockups
Mockup API Service
Unlimited Dashboard Usage
DynamicMockups is API-only. SudoMock includes a full visual dashboard - unlimited mockup creation, no code required, free on all plans.
Built for POD Automation
Native integrations for Print-on-Demand workflows
n8n Workflows
Official n8n node for visual automation. Connect to Etsy, Shopify, and more.
Zapier & Make
No-code automation with thousands of app connections.
Webhook Callbacks
Signed, auto-retrying render-complete callbacks with a deliveries + replay dashboard.
Built for developer and async workflows
SudoMock ships a full webhook delivery system, not just a callback URL. Render-complete and video-complete callbacks arrive HMAC-signed, retry automatically until delivered or surfaced for you, and every delivery is logged in a deliveries and events dashboard with per-delivery Replay. Delivery is idempotent, so a retry or replay never double-processes. That is the practical difference for teams wiring SudoMock into Etsy, Shopify, or their own backend: you get the reliability primitives a real integration needs, where most mockup tools offer a basic callback or none at all.
HMAC-Signed Payloads
Every callback carries an HMAC-SHA256 signature and timestamp header (X-SudoMock-Signature, X-SudoMock-Timestamp) so your endpoint can verify it came from us.
Automatic Retries, Nothing Dropped
Failed deliveries retry automatically, and anything still undelivered is surfaced for you instead of silently dropped. No cron jobs to babysit.
Deliveries + Events Dashboard
An Events feed shows recent events, which endpoints they hit, and the response HTTP status and attempt count for each delivery.
Per-Delivery Replay
Re-send any single delivery from the dashboard after you fix your endpoint. Delivery is idempotent, so a retry or replay is always safe to receive.
You can enable or disable each endpoint, rotate its signing secret, and fire a test event at any time from the dashboard. The delivery contract stays stable and reliable as your volume grows, so what you build against today keeps working at scale. Compared with DynamicMockups, this is where SudoMock leans into being a developer platform.
Professional-Grade Processing
Handle complex, high-resolution mockups with ease. No artificial constraints on your creative workflow.
Why it matters: Professional mockups require high-resolution files. SudoMock processes your PSDs at the quality you need, without forcing you to downscale.
Professional Rendering Features
SudoMock offers features for professional mockup workflows including nested Smart Objects that competitors don't support.
Smart Objects within Smart Objects - DynamicMockups doesn't support this
Full control: distance, spread, size, angle, opacity
Inside, outside, center positions with color control
This Layer and Underlying Layer sliders
All Photoshop blend modes including HSL
No artificial layer count restrictions
Unlimited manual mockup creation, no code needed
27 Blend Modes Supported
Full blend mode support including Multiply, Screen, Overlay, Soft Light, and more. Achieve accurate color blending for photorealistic results.
Integration-Ready Data Model
SudoMock returns complete, pre-calculated metadata. Build integrations faster without client-side calculations.
Complete Position Data
Full bounding box with x, y, width, and height. Know exactly where and how large your design renders on the canvas.
Quad Coordinates
Pre-calculated 4-point coordinates for perspective transforms. Ready to use for canvas rendering without additional math.
Blend Mode Info
Full layer blend mode information included. Essential for accurate color overlays and realistic mockup rendering.
Why it matters: With complete metadata, your integration code stays simple. No need to calculate transforms, fetch additional data, or handle missing fields. Just use what the API returns.
Does DynamicMockups render smart filters and Perspective Warp?
No. DynamicMockups ignores Photoshop smart filters, so a Perspective Warp built into a PSD renders flat instead of bending artwork onto angled surfaces. Its own PSD formatting guide states this directly. SudoMock renders Perspective Warp with Adobe-level fidelity, verified against Photoshop's own output at a mean per-pixel error of 0.24 on a 0-255 scale in our reference test (as of June 2026).
“No Smart filters or layer styles – these will be ignored.”
This is the practical difference for print-on-demand mockups: any effect the designer applied as a smart filter (Perspective Warp, Curves, Gaussian Blur) is dropped on DynamicMockups and preserved on SudoMock. See the full smart filter support matrix for the filter-by-filter breakdown.
Can you edit text and use your own fonts?
SudoMock reads the live text layers in your PSD, so you can swap the wording, font, size, and color at render time and turn one template into an endless run of personalized images. Render from a full 2,000+-family open-licensed font catalog, or upload your own TTF and OTF fonts on Pro and Scale plans. Many mockup tools limit text to a short built-in font list with no way to add your own; SudoMock stays faithful to the style the designer built and lets you bring any font.
See the full text layers and fonts guide for the field-by-field breakdown.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers about SudoMock vs DynamicMockups
What is the main difference between SudoMock and DynamicMockups?
SudoMock costs $0.002 per PSD vs DynamicMockups ~$0.05 (25x cheaper). SudoMock supports higher resolution PSDs (up to 10000px), nested Smart Objects, 27 blend modes, and includes a free unlimited dashboard.
Does DynamicMockups render smart filters and Perspective Warp?
No. DynamicMockups documents that smart filters and layer styles are ignored: "No Smart filters or layer styles – these will be ignored" (dynamicmockups.com/knowledge/photoshop-psd-format, accessed June 2026). A Perspective Warp built as a smart filter therefore renders flat. SudoMock renders Perspective Warp, Curves, and Gaussian Blur with Adobe-level fidelity, verified against Photoshop output at 0.24 mean per-pixel error on a 0-255 scale in our reference test.
What layer effects does SudoMock support?
SudoMock supports 27 blend modes, Drop Shadow, Stroke, and Blend If effects. Nested Smart Objects are fully supported. For effects like Glow or Bevel, rasterize them in Photoshop before upload.
Can I edit text layers and use custom fonts?
Yes. SudoMock reads the text layers in your PSD and lets you change the wording, font, size, and color per render. It includes a full open-licensed font catalog of 2,000+ families, and Pro and Scale plans can upload their own TTF and OTF fonts. A missing font falls back and flags the render, so nothing fails silently.
Can SudoMock handle large, complex PSD files?
Yes. SudoMock is built for professional workflows with support for high-resolution PSDs, unlimited layers, and complex multi-layer mockups. Perfect for print-ready output without quality loss.
Can I use my existing PSD mockups with SudoMock?
Yes. Upload any PSD with Smart Object layers. SudoMock automatically detects placeholders and returns complete metadata including position bounds, quad coordinates, and blend modes for immediate integration.
Is there a free tier for SudoMock API?
Yes. SudoMock offers 500 free API credits to start, plus unlimited free dashboard usage for manual mockup creation. No credit card required.
