Fabric and build of the SHASS
Shaka Wear lists the SHASS as 100% USA cotton, with a 50/50 cotton/polyester blend in some colors. The fabric weighs 6 oz/yd², or 203 g/m², knit from 18 singles yarn. A forward-thrusted shoulder seam, a 7/8" seamless collar without topstitching and shoulder-to-shoulder neck tape finish the classic fit.
Placing a front and a back design
Put the chest artwork on Worn Front and the back artwork on Worn Back, so both sides of a two-sided order show on a model. Worn Three-Quarter turns the shirt to an angle, and Front Close-Up shows the print up close. The blank itself takes print on the front, the back, the neck and both sleeves.
