A v-neck mockup is a product photography template showing a blank v-neck t-shirt, typically on a human model. The plain white garment surface serves as a placeholder where custom designs are composited using rendering software or an API. This template shows six angles of a white v-neck on a female model in studio conditions.
V-neck mockups feature a V-shaped neckline that sits lower on the chest, which affects design placement. The printable area typically starts 1-2 inches below the v-point rather than directly below a round collar. Designers should account for the neckline shape when positioning artwork, as designs placed too high may be partially obscured by the v-neck opening.
